pOMERANIAN, lENNIS RED DENIM LEVI UD, MULTIPLE HIGH IN TRIAL WINNER (1981-1995)

Meet the AMAZING Levi!

*Multiple HIGHEST SCORING DOG IN TRIAL. WINNER
*DOG WORLD AWARD WINNER.
*RANKED #2 POMERANIAN IN THE USA 1982. with very limited showing
*HIGHEST score - 199.5 out of a possible 200.
*COMPLETED his U.D. by winning FIRST in his class over OTCH dogs
*10 OTCH Points
(Unfortunately during that time, I was never was able to get back to completing his OTCH which he would've easily completed)

Levi and I invented what is now known as "Freestyle" with the first of its kind obedience routine to music in 1982..  One of our routines to Michael Jackson's song "BAD" was a huge hit at the numerous schools and festivals for which we performed.  Levi invented the doggy version of the 'moonwalk' dance step which was the hugest crowd pleaser ever. He always gave 200% whether just practicing or during all performances.

To try and explain the brilliance of this dog's focus, he won a Highest Scoring Dog in Match award at 4 months of age (and 3lbs!)!!!  I never trained Levi to 'watch me'.  He was literally BORN doing it, and whether playing, competing or even napping, he always positioned himself where he could keep his watchful eye on me at all times.  Many people described him as a miniature border collie because of his 'eye'.

At only 5 lbs yet with the hugest heart of any dog I've met before or since,  I know this is why even now (30 some years later), people come up to me at dog shows and say, "Aren't you that girl who used to show that amazing pomeranian named LEVI?"  This is what kind of impression this tiny dog made on all those who ever saw him.  Levi lived past his 14th birthday, and died peacefully in his sleep.  He will ALWAYS be fondly remembered by all those who knew him, and he will always hold the most special place in my heart for all he did, all he gave, and all he taught me then and continues to teach me now.

I am most grateful to breeder Lennis Raines.
